Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. To be fair and effective to all clients, the following police's are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, If you are unable to give a 24 hr advanced notice you may be charged half the price of your appointment. This applies to missed appointments  and no shows as well.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible for the "full" session.
